Ms. Piggy Is Good!!

So this was just your average Thursday night I was home early and Boyfriedtard had to work late so I had some time to come up with a magical meal to please the masses! I seasoned the pork in various herbs and seared it with some garlic. I put that girl in the pan and baked her up along with some extra chunks of garlic, carrots, and onions. I mashed some garlic and herbed potatoes and added a little of my super-special secret ingredient….blue cheese! And that was that. Enjoy! xoxo
